Data we collect
Name, email, phone, shipping address, your belt configuration and order history. Payment data is processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe); we never receive full card numbers.
Purpose
Producing and delivering your order, contacting you about it, and meeting legal accounting obligations.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract and legal obligations (Swiss FADP; GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (c) for EU customers).
Processors
Payment processing (Stripe), website hosting and database, and shipping carriers. Some may process data outside Switzerland/EU with appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Order data is kept for as long as required by accounting law (generally 10 years in Switzerland).
