MY BUCKLE belts are made to order to the specifications chosen by the customer in the configurator. Photographs and previews are representative; natural leather varies in grain and colour.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), including applicable taxes, with free shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment is made securely through our payment provider at the time of order. Card data is never stored on this website.
Contract
The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation with your order number.
Production and delivery

Right of withdrawal
Customers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(c)). Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for online purchases.
Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Natural signs of wear and patina are not defects.
